<br /> the City, its officers, agents, employees, and independent contractors for any damage or �
<br /> injury that may result to said private line being connected to the City's sewer line in said .� ;

<br /> �� 10. This license agreement shall take effect immediately upon the date of the -
<br /> execution of this agreement by both parties and shall auiomatically terminate upon the
<br /> ' Licensees' completion of the re-subdivision process set forth in paragraph one (1) of this
<br /> agreement or�t the end of six (6) months if Licensee fails to complete the re-subdivision
<br /> process as set forth in paragrapl� one (1). If the Licensees fail to comply with the
