<br />on June 11, 2004, as Instrument No. 200405788, in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, executed by Dana G. & Marsha L. Hansen, Husband and Wife, as Trustors, in which
<br />Clifford P. Flanagan, as Beneficiary, hereby gives notice that a breach of obligation for which the
<br />Trust Property was conveyed as security has occurred. The nature of such breach is the Trustoes
<br />failure to make payment of interest when due in accordance with the terms of said Trust Deed.
<br />You are hereby notified that because of such default the indebtedness secured by said Trust Deed
<br />is accelerated and further notified that because of such default, the undersigned has elected to sell
<br />or cause to be sold the Trust Property to satisfy the obligation under the Trust Deed. The Trust
