<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that WACHOVIA BANK OF
<br />DELAWARE, N.A. F /K /A FIRST UNION NATIONAL BANK OF DELAWARE,
<br />the party of the first part, in consideration of the sum of
<br />One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration to it
<br />in hand paid by MONUMENT STREET FUNDING, LLC, the party of
<br />the second part, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
<br />has granted, assigned and transferred, and, by these
<br />presents does grant, assign and transfer unto the said
<br />MONUMENT STREET FUNDING, LLC, its successors and assigns,
<br />the beneficial interest in a certain Deed of Trust wherein
<br />First Union National Bank of Delaware is Beneficiary,
<br />Gabriela Betancourt, a married person, Alvaro Martinez, her
<br />husband and Felipe B. Pantagoa, a single person as joint
<br />tenants in common, are Trustors and First American Title
<br />Insurance Company, is Trustee, which Deed of Trust was
<br />dated the 18th day of April, 2001 and recorded on the 24th
<br />day of April, 2001 as Instrument No. 200103627 of the
<br />mortgage records of Hall County, Nebraska, of the mortgage
<br />records of said county, and all its right, title and
<br />interest to the property therein described, as follows, to-
<br />wit:
