<br />JAMES K JEFFRIES AND KELLI J JEFFRIES, as joint tenants, ASSIGNORS, do hereby assign to

<br />ASSIGNEE, as additional security for payment of a loan made to Assignors by Assignee in the amount of
<br />$20,581.99, the Lease dated APRIL 25, 1985, wherein KUESTER LAKE, INC., is the Lessor and Assignors are
<br />the Lessees, such Lease commencing APRIL 25, 1985, and terminating APRIL 24, 2020, pertaining to
<br />following- described premises:
<br />LOTS EIGHTEEN (18) AND NINETEEN (19), HAVING A LAKE FRONT FOOTAGE OF 200 FEET,
<br />SITUATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE EAST PORTION OF KUESTER LAKE AND BEING ON A
<br />PART OF THE EAST HALF (EI /2) SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SEI /4) IN SECTION THIRTEEN (13),
<br />TOWNSHIP ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE NINE (9) WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., IN HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA, BOUNDED ON THE EASTERLY SIDE BY THE COMMON ROAD, AND COMMONLY
<br />KNOWN AS #40 KUESTER LAKE, GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA.
<br />It is understood that if the Assignor pays said indebtedness of $20,581.99 with interest and according to
<br />the provisions of the Financing Statement given by them to the Assignee, that this Conditional Assignment of
<br />said Lease will thereafter be null and void and of no further force nor effect.
