DEED OF RECONVEYANCE OF A PORTION
<br />OF PROPERTY COVERED BY DEED OFT UST 200412090
<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated June 15, 1999, executed by Little B's Corp., a Nebraska\
<br />Corporation, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as Beneficiary and
<br />as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Document #99- 106139, at the Register of Deeds office of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska on the 17th day of June, 1999, and
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to -wit:
<br />Lot Eleven (11), Summerfield Estates Third Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated September 1, 1998, recorded as
<br />Document #98- 108744 at the Register of Deeds office of Hall County on the 8th day of September, 1998,
<br />shall remain in full force and effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, this 10th day of December, 2004.
