JOINT TENANCY WARRANTY DEED <br />INDIANHEAD GOLF CLUB LLC, A NEBRASKA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, <br />GRANTOR, in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) AND OTHER VALUABLE <br />CONSIDERATION received from GRANTEES, RYAN L. SNYDER AND JAMA L. <br />OBERMILLER, HUSBAND AND WIFE as joint tenants and not as tenants in common <br />conveys to Grantees, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev.
