<br /> �� 1. Teachers agrees that so long as Lessee continues to pay the rent as reserved in

<br /> rights and privileges under the Lease or any renewal thereof shall not be affected or

<br /> (B) In the event Teachers comes into possession or ownership of the said Premises �
