<br /> 2 . Assianor's Performance. Assignor shall: (a) daly and �,
<br /> - punctually ob�erve, perform and discharge all of the terms of tk�e ���.
<br /> � Leases on the part of Assignor to be performed; (bj give �prompt `
<br /> written no�ice to Lendler of any failure or inability on thQ paxt `_
<br /> � ' of Assignor to perform Aseignor's obligations undQr the Leases; �,�`_
<br /> ' (c) p�romptly provide to Lender copies of any notice, demand or
<br /> •� � other document rec�ived by As�ignor from any Tenant claiming any ,�.%��
<br /> default by Assignor under any Lease; (d) immediately direct in
<br /> writing that each Tenant under the I�eases make all Rent payments ___
<br /> and deposits to Lender or Lender's desiqnee during the term of ._
<br /> . the loan evidenced by the Note; (e) enforce the performance of -
<br /> ea�h material obligation of each T�nant under the Leases and �4
<br /> notify Lender of the occurrence of any ma�erial defaul� by any
<br /> Tenant under the Leases t (f) appear in and defend any action or

<br /> to be created any lien, charge or encumbrance of the i,�ases or

<br /> 3. Actions Affectin Lsases. Unless Lender o��herwise
