200411993 <br />MEMORANDUM NOTICE OF LEASE AGREEMENT <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />That Michael Nigon and Barbara Nigon, Lessor, and Robert C. Ramold, <br />Lessee, have executed a Lease which is dated May 28, 2003. <br />That said Agreement contains terms and conditions, all of which are made <br />a part hereof as fully and completely as if herein specifically set out in full, whereby <br />Lessor has, eased to Lessee and Lessee has leased from Lessor the following described <br />real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to wit: <br />A portion of the Building known as Unit A, located upon Lot 7, Block 2 of <br />Spaulding and Gregg's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, together with two parking stalls directly east of the building and <br />the parking area located across the alley from the building. <br />That the lease term of the Lease continues until April 30, 2008 and may be <br />extended by the Lessee until April 30, 2018. <br />That during the term of this Agreement and any extension, Lessee is enti- <br />tled to possession of the aforesaid property. <br />That the above - mentioned Agreement, of which this Memorandum gives <br />notice, is binding upon and inures to the benefit of the parties thereto, their respective <br />heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns. <br />And that this Memorandum Notice is notice of such Agreement. <br />DATED: December%L% , 2004 <br />I� Robert C.
