200411993 MEMORANDUM NOTICE OF LEASE AGREEMENT KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Michael Nigon and Barbara Nigon, Lessor, and Robert C. Ramold, Lessee, have executed a Lease which is dated May 28, 2003. That said Agreement contains terms and conditions, all of which are made a part hereof as fully and completely as if herein specifically set out in full, whereby Lessor has, eased to Lessee and Lessee has leased from Lessor the following described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to wit: A portion of the Building known as Unit A, located upon Lot 7, Block 2 of Spaulding and Gregg's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, together with two parking stalls directly east of the building and the parking area located across the alley from the building. That the lease term of the Lease continues until April 30, 2008 and may be extended by the Lessee until April 30, 2018. That during the term of this Agreement and any extension, Lessee is enti- tled to possession of the aforesaid property. That the above - mentioned Agreement, of which this Memorandum gives notice, is binding upon and inures to the benefit of the parties thereto, their respective heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns.
