TRUSTEE'S DEED
<br />This instrument, made this 10th day of December, 2004, between Thomas J. Young, a
<br />member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, Successor Trustee, hereinafter called "Grantor ",
<br />pursuant to the power of sale contained in that certain Deed of Trust Recorded on October 18,
<br />2002 as Instrument No. 200211266 in the Mortgage Records in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and ABN AMRO Mortgage Group, Inc., hereinafter called
<br />"Grantee ":
<br />WHEREAS, on August 11, 2004, Thomas J. Young, as Successor Trustee, executed a
<br />Notice of Default pursuant to which notice was given to Barry Mack, a single person, Trustor(s),
<br />under that certain Deed of Trust Recorded on October 18, 2002 as Instrument No. 200211266, in
<br />the Mortgage Records in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, covering
<br />that certain premises described as:
<br />Lot 8, Block 3, in Meves First Addiiton to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />that a breach of an obligation for which the trust property was conveyed had occurred, and
<br />setting forth the nature of such breach and of his election to sell or cause to be sold property to
<br />satisfy the obligation. Said Notice of Default was filed in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska on Recorded on August 13, 2004, as Instrument # 200408015 of the
<br />Miscellaneous records of said County.
<br />A copy of such Notice of Default was thereafter mailed to all parties entitled to notice
<br />pursuant to said Deed of Trust and in compliance with Section 76 -1008 R.R.S. Nebraska.
<br />Subsequent thereto, beginning on September 24, 2004, Grantor caused to be published in
<br />Grand Island Independent, a newspaper having a general circulation in Hall County, Nebraska, a
<br />Notice of Trustee's Sale setting forth a description of the property to be sold and stating that the
<br />described property would be sold at public auction to the highest bidder for cash or certified or
<br />cashier's check in the lower lobby of the Hall County Courthouse, Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska at 10:00AM on November 05, 2004. Publication of such notice was made for five
<br />consecutive weeks on September 24, 2004, October 01, 2004, October 08, 2004, October 15,
<br />2004, October 22, 2004 the last publication being at least ten (10) days but not more than thirty
