Connick, Attorney -at -Law, Trustee, hereby <br />partially releases said Deed of Trust as to the following described real estate: <br />Lot One (1), Smith Acres Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The Trustee does hereby remise, release and quitclaim, pursuant to Section 76- 1014.01 of <br />the Revised Statutes of the State of Nebraska, said premises to IGLESIA DE DIOS EBEN- <br />EZER, a Nebraska Non - Profit Corporation. <br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, Brandon S.
