<br />That the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, of Washington, D.C., (hereinafter called "Grantor "), in consideration
<br />of ONE dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration received from Grantee, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and
<br />confirm unto: Mark Walters and Jamie Walters, husband and wife, as Joint Tenants, (hereinafter called

<br />(2), running thence East for a distance of 160 feet, running thence South
<br />Parallel with the West Line of said Block for a distance of 82.7 feet, running
<br />thence West, Parallel with the North line of said Block, for a distance of 160
<br />feet, and running thence North, along and upon the West Line of said Block
<br />for a distance of 82.7 feet to the place of beginning, Hall County, Nebraska

<br />To have and to hold the above described premises together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
<br />belonging unto the Grantee and the Grantee's heirs and assigns forever.
<br />The Grantor does hereby covenant with the Grantee and with the Grantee's heirs and assigns to warrant and defend the title to
<br />said premises against all persons claiming the same from, through or under Grantor.
<br />The foregoing property was acquired by Grantor pursuant to the National Housing Act, as amended (12 U.S.C. § 1701 et seq.)
