<br />NOTICE OF DEFAULT
<br />The undersigned, Arend R. Baack, Attorney at Law, Trustee under a certain Deed of
<br />Trust dated April 13, 1998, wherein B & B PROPERTIES, INC., was the Trustor, which was
<br />filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on April 14,
<br />1998, as Instrument No. 98- 103402 and contains as trust property, the following- described real
<br />estate:
<br />Part of Parcel 3: Lot Seven (7), Block Seventy -Nine (79), Wheeler and Bennett's
<br />Third Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />Parcel 4: Lot One (1), Block Ten (10), Russel Wheeler's Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />Parcel 6: Lot Eight (8), Block One Hundred Twenty -Eight (128), Union Pacific
<br />Railway Company's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska;
<br />Parcel 7: Lot Eight (8), Block Twelve (12), College Addition to West Lawn, in
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />Parcel 8: Lot Two (2), in Block One Hundred Thirty -Four (134) in Union Pacific
<br />Railway Company's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska; and
<br />Parcel 10: The South Half (S 1/2) of Lot Ten (10), except the West Thirty -Two
<br />(32) feet thereof, and the South Half (S +/2) of Lots Eleven (11) and Twelve (12),
<br />Block Nine (9), Military Addition to the City of St. Paul, Howard County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />together with all improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements,
<br />appurtenances, fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, including all replacements and
<br />additions thereto, which were referred to in such Deed of Trust as the "Property ", hereby gives
<br />notice of default of said Trustors for the reason that the said Trustors have failed to make the
<br />payments of principal and interest due in respect to the Note secured by that Deed of Trust.
<br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be
<br />sold the above Property to satisfy the obligations of that certain Note dated April 13, 1998,
<br />owing from Trustor to the Beneficiary, HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, pursuant to the terms of the Trust Deed referred to
<br />above which secures this obligation.
