<br />Interest in the real estate: fee simple
<br />The Notice of Commencement to which this Termination applies is the Notice of Commencement
<br />recorded January 26, 2004, as Instrument No. 0200400769, in the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />The Notice of Commencement identified above shall be terminated effective January 10, 2005
<br />(date not earlier than 30 days after recorded).
<br />This Termination shall apply to all of the real estate subject to the Notice of Commencement.
