<br />daughters, Susan M. Hennings and Judith L. Quiring, AND ANY ONE OF THEM, as my
<br />Attorneys -in -Fact, to do for me and on my behalf, any of the following:

<br />under this Po r of this Power of Attorney. Any of my Attorneys -in -Fact are
<br />specifically a owered to ct a under this Power of Attorney independently of the
<br />others, and any decisions o actions by any of them need not be joined or
<br />consented to by the others I reserve the right to revoke this Power of Attorney
<br />by the filing of such rev cation in Miscellaneous Records in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of H 1 County, Nebraska. This Power of Attorney shall remain
<br />in full force and effect even though I may hereafter become mentally or
<br />physically incompetent.
