<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated November 14, 2003, and executed by Arden Neal Peterson,
<br />A Single Person , as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska on November 20, 2003, as Instrument No. 0200315184, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />The Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4) of Section Twenty -Three (23), in Township Twelve (12) North,
<br />Range Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska;except that part thereof conveyed
<br />to Robert L. Siemers by Warranty Deed dated April 2, 1990, and recorded on April 3, 1990, in the
<br />office of the Hall County Register of Deeds as Instrument No.90- 101756;and except that part
<br />thereof convyeted to Robert L. Siemers by Warranty Deed dated August 25, 1992, and recorded
<br />on September 23, 1992, in the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds as Instrument No. 92-
<br />108242; and except that part thereof conveyed to Hall County, Nebraska, by Warranty Deed
<br />dated April 11, 1995, and recorded on April 19, 1995, in the office of the Hall County Register of
<br />Deeds as Instrument No. 95- 102442.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully
<br />paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 151 day of December, 2004
