WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Central National Bank successor to Farmers State Bank and Trust Company of Superior, as
<br />Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br />request of the Beneficiary, Central National Bank successor to Farmers State Bank and Trust
<br />Company of Superior, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee, under the above described

<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among LISA K.
<br />DUNCAN, an unmarried person, Trustor, and Farmers State Bank and Trust Company of

<br />Superior as Trustee and The Equitable Building and Loan Association as Beneficiary, dated
<br />February 26, 1999, and recorded on March 1, 1999, in the office of the Register of Deeds in
<br />Lancaster County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 99- 102160 has been paid; and
