DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, RICHARD A. DREWS of Omaha, County of <br />Douglas, State of Nebraska, as Successor Trustee under the Trust Deed dated October 16, <br />2001, executed by William M. Feurt, Jr. and Verna E. Feurt, as trustors, in which <br />Conseco Finance Servicing Corp., n/k/a Green Tree Servicing, LLC ( "Green Tree ") is <br />named as beneficiary, which Deed of Trust was recorded on October 18, 2001, as <br />Instrument No. 200110537 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, State of <br />Nebraska, has received from Green Tree, the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to <br />reconvey, reciting that all sums secured by such trust deed have been fully paid and that <br />such trust deed and the note secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned, as <br />trustee, for cancellation; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such <br />trust deed, the undersigned, as trustee, does hereby reconvey to the person or persons <br />entitled thereto, namely: Green Tree Servicing, LLC, without warranty, all the right, <br />title, interest and claim acquired by the trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the <br />following: <br />All of the property located at #3 Saturn, in the City /Town/Village of <br />Alda, County of Hall, State of NE, in which the Borrower has an <br />ownership, leasehold or other legal interest.
