<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />That Verna E. Feurt, hereinafter referred to as grantor, of 1129 Circle L,
<br />Hastings, NE 68901, for and in consideration of One Dollar and other good and valuable
<br />consideration, does hereby GRANT, BARGAIN, SELL, CONVEY AND CONFIRM
<br />unto Green Tree Servicing, LLC, grantee, and its successors and assigns, the following
<br />real estate in Alda, Hall County, Nebraska, described as follows:
<br />All of the property located at #3 Saturn, in the City /Town/Village of
<br />Alda, County of Hall, State of NE, in which the Borrower has an
<br />ownership, leasehold or other legal interest, more particularly described on
<br />the schedule titled "Additional Property Description" which is attached
<br />hereto as Exhibit A
<br />together with a security interest in that certain 2001 50 x 28 mobile home, serial
<br />number P305377AB.
<br />To have and to hold the above - described premises, together with all tenements,
<br />hereditaments, and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the grantee and to its successors
<br />and assigns forever.
<br />And the grantor does hereby covenant with the grantee and with the grantee's
<br />successors and assigns that grantor is lawfully seised of said premises; that they are free
<br />from encumbrance except easements, covenants, and restrictions of record and except real
<br />estate taxes delinquent in 2004 and future years, if any; that the grantor has good right and
<br />lawful authority to convey the same; and that grantor warrants and will defend the title to
<br />said premises against the lawful claims of all persons whatsoever.
<br />This deed is an absolute conveyance of title in effect as well as in form, and is not
<br />intended as a mortgage, trust conveyance, or security of any kind. The consideration
<br />therefore is the full release and discharge of all debts, notes, obligations, costs, and
