<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that on the I Ith day of November, 2004, a
<br />Contract was entered into by and between Arlene T. Kramer and Leroy E. Kramer,
<br />SELLERS, and Craig A. Wetzel and Michael R. Wetzel, BUYERS, for the sale and
<br />conveyance of the following described real property in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the North Half of the Northwest Quarter of the
<br />Southwest Quarter (N1 /2NW1 /4SW1 /4) of Section Thirty Three (33), in Township
<br />Twelve (12) North, Range Nine (9) West of the Sixth P.M., Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the southeast corner of said
<br />N1 /2NW1 /4SW1 /4; thence running northerly along the east line of said
<br />Nl /2NW1 /4SW1 /4 a distance of 197.59 feet; thence running westerly and parallel to
<br />the south line of said Nl /2NW1 /4SW1 /4 a distance of 1,322.64 feet to a point on the
<br />west line of said Nl /2NW1 /4SW1 /4; thence running southerly along the west line of
<br />said N1 /2NW1 /4SW1 /4 a distance of 197.59 feet to the southwest corner of said
<br />N1 /2NWl /4SW1 /4; thence running easterly along and upon the south line of said
<br />Nl /2NW1 /4SW1 /4 a distance of 1,322.5 feet to the point of beginning and containing
<br />6.00 acres, more or less, excepting therefrom a strip of land condemned by the City
<br />of Grand Island, Nebraska, and recorded in miscellaneous record book "S ", at page
<br />166 in the Register of Deeds office.
<br />The final installment payment is due and payable on May 1, 2011. Thomas A. Emerton,

<br />and Leroy E. Kramer, sellers, is acting as Escrow Agent pursuant to the terms of the Purchase
