O <br />Z3 <br />N <br />r- <br />RECONVEYANCE OF TRUST PROPERTY <br />CD ;i <br />Cfl <br />In consideration of the payment of obligations under a Deed of Trust dated January 4, <br />1999, by and between JAY RAINFORTH and KELLY RAINFORTH, husband and wife, as <br />Trustor, which Deed of Trust is recorded as Document No. 99- 100031 in the Office of the Hall <br />County, Nebraska Register of Deeds Nebraska, and upon the request for reconveyance of the <br />Beneficiary, BRUCE I. SMITH, Attorney -at -Law, Trustee, hereby releases said Deed of Trust on <br />the following described real estate: <br />The East Half of the Northeast Quarter (E' /2NE' /4) of Section Seven (7), Township <br />Nine (9) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska <br />excepting therefrom tracts of land more particularly described in Deed recorded in <br />Book 87, Page 640, Warranty Deed recorded in Book 135, Page 567 and Deed <br />recorded in Book 145, Page 660. <br />The Trustee does hereby remise, release and quitclaim, pursuant to Section 76- 1014.01 of <br />the Revised Statutes of the State of Nebraska, said premises to JAY RAINFORTH and KELLY <br />RAINFORTH, husband and wife. <br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, Bruce I.
