DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated July 28th, 2004 executed by Maximiliano Aguilar Ramos and
<br />Marta L Aguilar, husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, recorded as Document #0200408071, on the 13th day of August, 2004,
<br />and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />FRACTIONAL LOT THREE (3) OF BLOCK TWENTY -SIX (26), ORIGINAL TOWN,
<br />NOW CITY OF GRAND ISLAND NEBRASKA, AND FRACTIONAL LOT THREE (3) OF
<br />BLOCK TWENTY -SIX (26) OF NAGY'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE. in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
<br />at Grand Island; Nebraska, this 4th day of December 2004.
