M Z D <br />'^ M N <br />n z <br />` CZ vii <br />7; = Q �.. o - + 0 <br />)CI l r z D N -fit <br />O <br />CD <br />cn �3 <br />' m <br />n EXTENSION AGREEMENT z <br />Y p, <br />This EXTENSION AGREEMENT made and executed this 29TH day NOVEMBER 2004, ._. <br />by and between HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND c7,> <br />ISLAND, hereinafter referred to as "Lender ", and <br />JOSEPH N HOCKENSMITH AND KAYLENE HOCKENSMITH A/K/A KAYLENE D <br />HOCKENSMITH, HUSBAND AND WIFE <br />hereinafter referred to as "Borrower ". <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note <br />secured by a Deed of Trust/Mortgage upon that real estate described as: <br />LOT ONE (1), HOCKENSMITH SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />which Deed of Trust/Mortgage was dated AUGUST 7, 2003, and filed for record on AUGUST 8, <br />2003, in the office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE, HALL COUNTY, <br />NEBRASKA as DOCUMENT # 0200310359; <br />WHEREAS, such Deed of Trust/Mortgage had a stated maturity date of FEBRUARY 1, 2034. <br />WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the <br />indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust/Mortgage, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto give <br />notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. SS 76 -239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed of <br />Trust/Mortgage above described in the following respects: <br />MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above - described Deed of Trust/Mortgage <br />is hereby AMENDED TO APRIL 1, 2035. <br />2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS.
