<br />on the North Line of the of the Southwest Quarter of Section Four, said point being located 40.0
<br />Feet East of the Northwest comer of said Southwest Quarter of Section Four, running thence
<br />South parallel with the West line of said Southwest Quarter 377.8 feet, which is the place of
<br />beginning, running thence East parallel with the North line of Rains Subdivision 289.0 feet,
<br />running thence North parallel with the West line of said Southwest Quarter 151.0 feet, running
<br />thence West parallel with the North line of Rains Subdivision 289.0 Feet, running thence South
<br />parallel with the West line of said Southwest Quarter 151.0 Feet of the place of beginning
<br />excepting therefrom the Northerly Forty (40) Feet thereof and the Easterly Fifty (50) Feet thereof.
<br />GRANTORS covenant (jointly and severally, if more than one) with GRANTEES
<br />that GRANTORS:
<br />(1) are lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free from
<br />encumbrances;
<br />(2) have legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
