<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured bythe Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the Trust Deed,
<br />executed by L.U.D. Investments, LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, as Trustor, to Platte
<br />Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Co.
<br />Deed of Trust dated May 17th, 2002. Instrument number 2002 - 05497, recorded on May 22nd, 2002 at
<br />the Register of Deeds Office, Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that
<br />this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant, remise,
<br />release, and reconveyto the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said
<br />Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following- described real property (as defined in Neb.
