The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by GILMAN CASTRO AND TERESA�
<br />CASTRO, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as trustor, to Arend R. Baack, Attorney at Law, as Trustee,
<br />for benefit of Equitable Federal Savings Bank of Grand Island, as Beneficiary, dated MAY 27,
<br />2004 and recorded in the officer of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as
<br />Document No. 200405262, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that
<br />this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.
