Nobles, an unmarried individual, as Trustor, did on or about June 23, <br />2000, make, execute and deliver unto Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, Trustee, a Deed of Trust <br />wherein said Trustor conveyed the following- described real property: <br />The South Thirty -Five (35') feet of Lot Twelve (12), Block Two (2), in Axt and <br />Hagge's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustor obtained from United Nebraska Bank, Beneficiary of said Deed of <br />Trust which was recorded on June 23, 2000, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as <br />Instrument No. 0200005155. <br />On or about June 23, 2000, United Nebraska Bank, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial <br />interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation.
