<br />To AREND R. BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated October 9,
<br />2003, and recorded October 16, 2003 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument No. 0200313730, along with an Extension Agreement dated April 12, 2004 and recorded April
<br />21, 2004 as Instrument No. 0200403890 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that
<br />this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:

<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA;
<br />together with all building, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
