NOTICE OF DEFAULT "' <br />The undersigned is the Trustee under a Trust Deed executed by <br />Anna Lavonne Dice, an unmarried woman, as Trustors on July 10, <br />1998, in which Mountain Financial, Inc., was named as Beneficiary. <br />Said Deed of Trust was filed for record on July 17, 1998 in <br />Instrument No. 98- 106991 in the office of the Register of Deeds of <br />Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was assigned to Fleet <br />Mortgage Corp. on July 10, 1998 and recorded on July 17, 1998 at <br />Instrument No. 98- 106992 in the office of the Register of Deeds of <br />Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Notice is hereby given that a breach of an obligation for <br />which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, the <br />nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to (1) make debt <br />payments as they became due, or (2) pay taxes. You are hereby <br />notified that because of such default the indebtedness secured by <br />said trust deed is accelerated. Trustor has thirty days from the <br />date this Notice of Default is given to cure said default. Trustor <br />may make payment to Washington Mutual Bank, FA F /K /A Washington <br />Mutual Home Loans, Inc., successor in interest by merger to Fleet <br />Mortgage Corp., Assignee, Beneficiary of the amount needed to bring <br />this obligation current.
