This Modification of Deed of Trust (this "Modification ") is entered into as of November 29, 2004, <br />by and between Dennis A. Lilienthal and Jana K. Lilienthal, husband and wife, ( "Trustor "), and WELLS <br />FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION ( "Beneficiary"). <br />RECITALS <br />This Modification is entered into upon the basis of the following facts and understandings of the <br />parties: <br />A. This Modification pertains to that certain Deed of Trust dated as of December 15, 1995, <br />executed by Trustor to Wells Fargo Bank, National Association formerly known as Norwest Bank <br />Nebraska, National Association, as Trustee, in favor of Wells Fargo Bank, National Association formerly <br />known as Norwest Bank Nebraska, National Association as Beneficiary, and recorded on December 20, <br />1995, as Instrument (Serial) No.95- 108706, of the Official Records of Hall County, Nebraska, as modified <br />from time to time ( "Deed of Trust'), with respect to the real property described on Exhibit A attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. <br />B.
