Declarations <br />1.1 This durable power shall take effect upon its execution <br />unless some other date is specified. <br />1.2 I, Quintin M. Schoeheiter, currently living at 315 S. Parks, 4410 Avenue <br />F, Kearney, NE 68847, as my Attorney -in -Fact with full power <br />to carry out those acts specified in Article II in accordance <br />with any limitations imposed herein. If Marilyn G. Parks for <br />any reason shall fail to serve or ceases as my <br />Attorney -in -Fact as stated herein, Loretta L. Geary of 3866 <br />Brookdale Blvd., Castro Valley, CA 94546 shall be my <br />Attorney -in -Fact and shall have power to carry out all those <br />acts as specified herein.
