<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />The undersigned, as Trustee under that certain Deed of Trust executed by Christopher R. Waters
<br />and Cori A. Waters, husband and wife, as Trustor, for the benefit of WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL
<br />ASSOCIATION, as Beneficiary, dated as of December 22, 2003, and recorded on December 24, 2003, as
<br />Instrument No. 0200316390, and modified on August 20, 2004, and recorded on August 27, 2004, as
<br />Instrument No. 0200408484, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, does
<br />hereby quitclaim and reconvey unto the person or persons legally entitled thereto, without any warranty,
<br />all of the right, title and interest now held by said Trustee in and to the real property described in said
<br />Construction Deed of Trust and on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
<br />This Reconveyance is executed at the request of the Beneficiary under said Construction Deed of Trust.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said Trustee has caused this Reconveyance to be executed as of
<br />December 3, 2004.
