<br />Master Deed creating Grand Island Doctors Building Condominium Property
<br />Regime, dated March 26, 1980 and recorded April 18, 1980 as Document No. 80-
<br />00 1693 of the records of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />subject to easements, reservations, covenants and restrictions of record.
<br />GRANTORS covenant (jointly and severally, if more than one) with GRANTEE that
<br />GRANTORS:
<br />(1) are lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is free from
<br />encumbrances;
<br />(2) have legal power and lawful authority to convey the same; and
<br />(3) warrant and will defend title to the real estate against the lawful claims of
<br />all persons.
