<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated March 13, 1997, executed by Leroy G. Cote, a married
<br />person, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as Beneficiary and as
<br />Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Document #97- 101803, at the Register of Deeds office of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska on the 10 day of March, 1997, and
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to -wit:
<br />Lot Two (2), Block Sixty-four (64), Wheeler and Sennett's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated March 13, 1997, recorded as
<br />Document #97- 101803 at the Register of Deeds office of Hall County on the W day of March, 1997, shall
<br />remain in full force and effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF. the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, this 29" day of November, 2004.
