Cote and <br />Josephine K. Cote, husband and wife, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is <br />named as Beneficiary and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Document 498- 108744, at the <br />Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska on the 8'" day of September, 1998, and <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deeds of Trust, the <br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled <br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to -wit: <br />Lot Two (2), Block Sixty -four (84), Wheeler and Bennett's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska <br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated September 1, 1998, recorded as <br />Document #98- 108744 at the Register of Deeds office of Hall County on the 8'" day of September, 1998, <br />shall remain in full force and effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand <br />Island, Nebraska, this 2e day of November, 2004. <br />SEAL <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />FIVE POI S BANK, <br />A NE8 ION <br />B: <br />Ed rd M.
