<br />The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Kevin L. Lockhart Ct
<br />and Sandra S. Lockhart, as Trustors, to John R. Higgins, Jr., as Trustee, for the benefit
<br />of Eldon Beckstrom, as Beneficiary, dated March 5, 2004, and recorded in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of Hall County, State of Nebraska, on March 5, 2004 as
<br />Document # 200402109, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested that this
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiaries, the Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the
<br />right, title, interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in
<br />the following:
