DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by DENNIS A. <br />HORST, as Trustor, to DUANE A. BURNS, as Trustee, for the benefit of WILLIAM A. <br />HORST and SHARON G. HORST, husband and wife, as Beneficiary, dated April 23, <br />1996, and recorded on April 23, 1996, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, as Document No. 96- 103040, has been satisfied, and the <br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and <br />delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below. <br />In consideration of such and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, <br />the Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, <br />interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the <br />following: <br />Lots Forty -four (44) and Forty -five (45) in Hawthorne Place in the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />DATED: December 2, 2004. <br />Duane A.
