DEED OF RECONVEYANCE OF A PORTION
<br />OF PROPERTY COVERED BY DEED OF TRUST
<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated June 25, 1999, executed by Bosselman, Inc., as Truster, in
<br />which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which Deed of
<br />Trust was recorded as Document #99- 106430 in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, on 5,50
<br />the 25th day of June, 1999.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to -wit:
<br />LOT TWO (2), BOSSELMAN SUBDIVISION, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated June 25, 1999, recorded as
<br />Document #99- 106430 in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and
<br />effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska„ this 22nd day of November, 2004.
