COMES NOW', Farmers State Bank a branch of the Bank of Clarks, and states that: <br />1. It is the Trustee under the Trust Deed recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, as <br />Instrument No. 0200112448, of the Hall County Mortgages Records. <br />2. That Linda L. Goosic and Steven E. Goosic are the Trustors under the Trust Deed. <br />3. That certain real property was conveyed to Farmers State Bank, a branch of the Bank of <br />Clarks as Trustee under the Trust Deed as security on a note payable to Farmers State Bank, a <br />branch of the Bank of Clarks. <br />4. The legal description of the said real property is: Northerly Fifty and Nine Tenths (50.9) <br />feet of Lot Six (6), in Block Fourteen (14) in H.G.
