DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among KEVIN J
<br />SMOYER AND SANDRA K SMOYER, Trustor, and Farmers State Bank and Trust Company
<br />of Superior as Trustee and The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island as
<br />Beneficiary, dated January 9, 1999, and recorded on January 18, 1999, in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 99- 100589 has been paid;
<br />and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Central National Bank successor to Farmers State Bank and Trust Company of Superior, as
<br />Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br />request of the Beneficiary, Central National Bank successor to Farmers State Bank and Trust
<br />Company of Superior, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee, under the above described
<br />Deed of Trust in the following described property:

<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA
