200411494 <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The Petitioner shall have said real estate set over to her as her sole and <br />absolute property subject to any encumbrance thereon and shall hold the <br />Respondent harmless therefrom. <br />j. The Respondent shall be liable for and discharge the debts of <br />the marriage through the date of shall hold the Petitioner harmless from <br />such debts and obligations. Each party shall be solely responsible for and <br />hold the other party harmless from any and all debts or liabilities incurred <br />by that party subsequent to the date of separation. <br />k. The assumption of indebtedness and indemnification is an <br />integral part of the bargain for support and satisfies a portion of the support <br />agreement such that if this indemnification had not taken place, the amount <br />of support would have been different in order to provide the support <br />necessary to ensure the daily needs of the parties are satisfied. <br />Consequently, this assumption and indemnification provision and the debts <br />which are subject to it, should not be considered dischargeable in any <br />bankruptcy proceeding by either party as against the other. <br />1. No alimony shall be awarded to either Petitioner or Respondent. <br />M. A complete record be waived. <br />n. Each party shall pay his or her own Court costs. <br />o. Each party will execute and deliver to the other such <br />conveyances, assignments, bills of sale or other transfer. as will be sufficient <br />to vest in the other title to all of the personal property taken by such other <br />under the terms of this agreement. <br />p.
