200411494 <br />a The marriage between the Petitioner and Respondent <br />should be and the same hereby is dissolved. For purposes of appeal, <br />the Decree shall be treated as a final order as soon as it is rendered. If <br />an appeal is instituted within thirty (30) days after the Decree is <br />rendered, such Decree does not become final until such proceedings <br />are finally determined or on the date of death of one of the parties, <br />whichever occurs first. <br />For purposes of remarriage, the Decree becomes final and <br />operative six (6) months after the Decree is rendered or on the date of <br />death of one of the parties, whichever occurs first. If the Decree <br />becomes final and operative upon the date of death of one of the <br />parties, the Decree shall be treated as if it became final and operative <br />on the date it was rendered. <br />For purposes of continuation of health insurance coverage, the <br />Decree becomes final and operative six (6) months after the Decree is <br />rendered. <br />For all other purposes, the Decree becomes final and operative <br />thirty (30) days after the Decree is rendered or upon the death of one <br />of the parties, whichever first occurs. If the Decree becomes final and <br />operative upon death of one of the parties, the Decree shall be treated <br />as if it became final and operative on the date it was rendered. <br />b. The Petitioner shall have the permanent custody and care of <br />the parties minor children, Esdras Andherson Castaneda born July 29, <br />1999, and Herson Enrique Castaneda born August 28, 1994, subject to <br />the right of reasonable visitation by the Respondent. <br />C. The Respondent shall pay to the for and on behalf of the <br />parties' minor children, child support payments in the sum of $50 per <br />month reducing to $50 for one child as each child reaches the age of <br />majority. Said child support payments shall commence on <br />l _,_c2o o y and continue on the first of each month, for <br />each child, until such child dies, becomes of legal age, self - <br />supporting, emancipated, adopted, marries or until further order of <br />the Court, whichever sooner occurs. A copy of the child support work <br />sheet supporting the payment obligations is attached hereto. <br />d. All child support payments shall be made to The Nebraska <br />Child Support Payment Center, P. O. Box 83307, Lincoln, Nebraska <br />
