<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Boola P. Lynn and Doris J
<br />Lynn, husband and wife, to TierOne Bank, successor to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK (by merger), Trustee for the
<br />benefit of TierOne Bank, successor to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK (by merger), the Beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated February 18, 2000 and recorded February 22, 2000 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />as Instrument No. 0200001430 in the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid and Beneficiary has requested in
<br />writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described property:
<br />Lot Fifty -two (52), Argo Fourth Subdivision to the Village of Aida, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
