<br />As used herein, Trust Deed means that document dated June
<br />11, 1997, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, Document No. 97- 104564, wherein Robert L.
<br />Siemers and Betty J. Siemers, husband and wife, are Trustors,
<br />Howard E. Tracy is Successor Trustee and Fredrick A. Bosselman
<br />is Beneficiary of the following described real estate to -wit:
<br />North Half of the Southwest Quarter (N1 -�SWI4) of Section
<br />Twenty -three (23), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Ten
<br />(10), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Acting pursuant to written request of the Beneficiary given
<br />on November 24, 2004, the Successor Trustee hereby reconveys the
<br />real estate to the person entitled thereto which appears to be
<br />Fredrick A. Bosselman, a /k /a Frederick A. Bosselman, subject
<br />only to provisions of Agreement between Trustors and Beneficiary
<br />in United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nebraska,
<br />ease No. BK03- 42276, under Warranty Deed from Trustors to him
<br />filed Document No. 20040,0975 in the office of the Re:;iste__ of
<br />Lceds of Hall County, Nebraska.
