WHEREAS, Robert J Jensen and Holly S Jensen, husband and wife
<br />executed a Deed of Trust dated June 18, 1998 in favor of
<br />as Trustee, and said Deed of Trust was given to secure an
<br />indebtedness in favor of McGuire Mortgage Company, as Beneficiary,
<br />and said Deed of Trust was recorded June 23, 1998 in Book na
<br />Page na , Instrument No. 98- 106076 of Official Records of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, and whereas, the undersigned Beneficiary desires
<br />to substitute a new Trustee as Trustee instead of the said
<br />original Trustee, and said original trustee has been notified by
<br />mail. Therefore, the undersigned, as present Beneficiary, hereby
<br />substitutes Wachovia Bank of Delaware, NA as Trustee, does hereby
<br />grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, all the estate and interest derived to
