That the undersigned Affiant was married to Mark Robert Fletcher, at the time of his death on February 8, 1977. Attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference there appears a Certified Copy of the Death Certificate of Mark Robert Fletcher. 3. That at the time of the death of Mark Robert Fletcher, the undersigned Affiant as his spouse was the owner in joint tenancy with said Decedent of the following described real property: C1AP \RLC5 =t - (, L�r(� sc- 4.
