<br />distance of 1366.02 feet to a point on the centerline of Nebraska State Highway
<br />#5401); thence N 12 °31'11" W on said centerline for 1092.61 feet; thence N
<br />52 °28'47" E for 44.14 feet to a point on the East right -of -way line of said Highway;
<br />said point also being the actual point of beginning; thence N 12 °31'11" W on said
<br />right -of -way line for 141.35 feet; thence continuing on a 5769.58 foot radius curve
<br />to the left for an arc distance of 240.00 feet; thence N 77 °28'49" E for 279.99 feet;
<br />thence S 12 °31'11" E for 253.04 feet; thence S 52 °28'47" W for 303.43 feet to the
<br />point of beginning, said tract containing 2.01 acres, more or less,

<br />Grantors expressly reserve to themselves the full benefit and use of the above- described real
