<br />HIKE / BIKE PATH EASEMENT
<br />THE MUSEUM BOARD OF HALL COUNTY NEBRASKA, a Nebraska political
<br />subdivision, herein called the Grantor, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other
<br />consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants and conveys unto the
<br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA,
<br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, State of Nebraska, herein called the Grantee, a permanent
<br />and perpetual easement and right -of -way to construct, operate, maintain, extend, repair, replace, and
<br />remove public sidewalks and hike/bike paths along the west and north side of the property located at
<br />U.S. Highway 281 and U.S. Highway 34 in Grand Island, Nebraska; the easement and right -of -way
<br />being more particularly described as follows:
<br />A permanent trail easement consisting of part of Lot One (1) of Stuhr Museum
<br />Subdivision located in the Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4) and the Southwest Quarter
<br />(SW1 /4) of Section 32, Township 11 North, Range 9 West of the 6th P.M., City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska and more particularly described as follows:
<br />Commencing at the Northwest Quarter of said Section 32; thence on an assumed
<br />bearing of N89 °57'39 "E along the north line of said Section 32 a distance of 808.12
<br />feet; thence departing said north line S00 °02'21 "E a distance of 82.97 feet to a point
<br />on the north right -of -way (R.O.W.) line of Highway 34, said point also being the
<br />Point of Beginning; thence S01 °23'10 "E a distance of 20.00 feet; thence
