GLOE and DIAN M. GLOE, husband and wife, as Truster, <br />which Deed of Trust is recorded as Document No. 94- 109145 in the Office of the Hall County, <br />Nebraska Register of Deeds, and which Deed of Trust was assigned to ALICE L. FADES, <br />TRUSTEE by Assignment of Deed of Trust recorded March 17, 2000 as Document No. <br />200002134 in the Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds and upon the request for <br />reconveyance of the Beneficiary, BRUCE I. SMITH, Attorney -at -Law, Trustee, hereby releases <br />said Deed of Trust on the following described real estate: <br />The South IIalf (SV2) of the Southwest Quarter (S W'h) and the Southwest Quarter <br />(S W' /.) of the Southeast Quarter (SE' /4) of Section Two (2), "township Ten (10) <br />North, Range Eleven (11) West of the (ith P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, excepting <br />a certain tract therefrom as recorded in Survivorship Warranty Deed as Document <br />No. 90-105687, <br />The Trustee does hereby remise, release and quitclaim, pursuant to Section 76- 1014.01 of <br />the Revised Statutes of the State of Nebraska, said premises to MARK E. GLOE and DIAN M. <br />GLOE, husband and wife, as joint tenants with right of survivorship. <br />IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, Bruce I.
