<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the DEED OF TRUST executed by Ryan P. Wilke and Cari A. Wilke,
<br />Husband and Wife, Trustor(s) -to- Homestead Capital Company, Inc., as Trustee for the benefit of Homestead
<br />Capital Company, Inc., the Beneficiary named therein, dated April 6, 2004, and recorded April 6, 2004, in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, as Doc # 2004 - 03337, has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to the Trustee by or through the DEED OF TRUST in the following
